Because of their special character, these rooms are technically well-equipped, but if you still have trouble with the lighting or sounding service, a technician is usually available.

Don’t forget the task of eating! It’s okay if you don’t provide a whole menu but it behooves treat the participants with at least a few simple cookies, pastries, and some drinks. If there is no catering on the site, check the ordering and transporting facilities on time!
